Thank you all for the info. I am way out of high school so no worries with that! I am actually a returning student and yep at Chat Tech. I am in Early Childhood Education and yes associate requires many more classes than a diploma. I will talk to the finicial aid people, they are closed today. This is only my second quarter attending, but I will get in touch with them soon so they I will know when to apply again. Once again thank you all for the info!!

So I guess take the classes for my diploma now and if i decide to go for associate when I apply again tell them i want to go for that and see if i get the aid again?

I like my dish, one receiver controls two different tv's. So for 4 tv's you only need 2 receivers. They are automatically HD from what i understand. And as long as we get NFL network, plus cheaper than comcast!! My sis went back to Direct and hates it!! Ive Never had Direct though!

I called several attorneys and the cheapest was 1200, most were asking 1500. This is a very hard choice to have to make but sometimes it is an only option. We try and try but when only one is woking now on part time unmemployment we have no option. Your right they can do the one with the payback for 5 years and it knocks a great deal off what you owe and this included attorneys fee with the one we talked to. I dont not want to do this AT ALL but it seems our only choice. Just glad we were told we can keep our house.!! This is very scary and very very stressful. I am no attorney by now means, t

Just talked to an arrorney about this. You can file the one where it wipes debt clean and keep you house. But its rather expensive, the cheapest I found was $1200. Then you could file one where you pay back monthly payments that would go towards all debt and the attorneys fees. I cant remember which is which chapter. the one where you wipe it all gone, house payment has to be caught up, which is my problem. The other one catches house payment up.
