How am I being an ass by agreeing with someone. thats why i put these. If you guys dont want to have commpassion for me fine, or if you dont want to help, fine. But no matter what if any of you need help or compassion I will have that for you and will help in any way i can no matter what you say or do to me. Sounds to me like some of you would pass a homeless person, judge them not knowing the circumstances that lead them there. You never know about people or what has happened in their life to put them in the situation they are in. Never said you guys dont help your community. Personally Im not judging you, I just wish that some of you would understand that not all of us have it as good as others even though we are trying our best and sometimes help is needed. I dont want the rug pulled out from under you, I wish NOONE was in the situation I am.

Thats pretty much it. i need to file bankruptcy. We want to keep our house. Since I did have a job, until a car accident, I have incured some debt. Luckily we have no car payment, due to the fact we only have one car. So the only assest is the house. So I didnt know if there was a way to do this since the house is in my name only. After the accident and my divorce, I got in a bit of trouble with money. Not working right now, although I am in school to find a career. Im trying here, just thought maybe someone would have some ideas. Sometimes we just need help ya know?? Thanks for any advice.

I understand you dont understand why i wanna try and do this. Its a long story, I am trying to get debt free also and that has a lot to do with it. i would explain more but im afraid I will be degraded on here like Im some kind of horrible person from bieng in a bad finicial situation. I was just trying to come up with several options for us to be debt free, but of course keep our home. Im on my 3rd time trying for this modification. Every time I talk to them, EMC, they want more papers. I am so sick and tired of this. It seems these companies would want to help people instead of having all these empty houses. My neighbors were working on a modification with EMC and they ended up foreclosing on them. i am very worried that they will do the same to us. We are also trying to file bankruptcy, but I have to have the mortgage caught up, so modicfication is the only way, or I can do the other chapter where I have to pay so much a month for 5 years, this will catch my house payment

Thank you for posting this. I am taking Early Childhood Education classes and we are and will continue to learn about this. If you dont mind I would like to print this out and share with my teacher. It is sad that physical and emotional abuse happens to young children. With me going to become a teacher, I only hope that I will be able to comfort a child that is in this situation. So when I read these types of things it will only better me as a teacher, so once again thank you.
