It was great seeing Dr George at Jalapeno Joe's last night. I didn't have to cook and we are helping out our local food bank! Dr. George did an awesome job with his singing and music. There is no way for them to refresh the debt. If you make the account have activity then the statute starts over. The can sell you debt 100 times but the statute is 6 years. They can call but there is no way they can litigate the debt in the courts after 6 years Dont get confused. The statute does not start when the account was opened. It starts after the account charges off the profit and loss
