I appealed mine. I got a list of sales in my neighborhood from my realitor. I averaged 2014 sales and wrong my findings on the appeal form. I also averaged the sales of houses with similar bedroom count as mine. I included all this information attached to my appeal form. My assessment was about 22,000 over valued based on my findings. We shall see what they say.

Mine is up 342 dollars from last year. It is the most its every been. No house the size of mine has sold for what they are saying its worth. Did paulding county raise the mileage rate a couple years ago with promise to decrease once the economy returned?

I can tell you the ACA has screwed just about everyone I know. I work for the neighborhood health system and our insurance has turned to crap! my premiums for a family of 3 are 167 dollars every 2 weeks. We now have a 3000 deductible, then insurance only covers 80% until I reach 6000 then will pick up 100%. Its ridiculous what it has turned into. THis program is definitely not for the working class! How that socialist arrogant ass in office is happy!

Why not the parents absence is what caused this thugs behavior in the first place. Start kicking them out of school and concentrate on the ones that want an education.

This will be the third restaurant that has attempted the location. Their is also a Sushi place being built in the old Dennys burgers shell. Dennys lasted all of 3 months before failing.
