North Korea is well known for state sponsored hacking. The state trains hackers by the thousands. The reason for this is simple, North Korea is a poor country and training hackers to cause problems, turmoil and confusion and to attack your enemies is a lot cheaper then sending missiles and armies. It used to be a lot easier to commit someone to a mental institution. Here is a list of reasons that someone could be committed to the bug house from 1964 to 1889.
