My son had an accident in that same exact spot, he was turning left onto Ridge road and somehow(probably distracted by cell phone, radio who knows) did not see the car that was coming in his direction and end up hitting the car, thank God everyone was okay. Praying for those involved in this accident.

At first I thought she was a man until I saw her stand next to the other runners and they were all flat chested and muscular, so who knows? Her face though does look like a man. You cant tell by that, a lot of women have facial hair thats why the waxing business is so lucrative.

Well at least you know you are not allergic. My oldest is, he got bit at four and almost died epipen is his best friend. He's 18 now, don't know if he is still allergic though. Guess I should go get him retested.

I am so sorry to hear this, I am praying for a quick recovery for this young man. One of my sons teammates went through this last year his senior year, he broke his ankle during the second game of the season and was out for the rest of the season. He was devastated at first because it was his last year but all his friends and teammates rallied behind him as im sure this young mans friends and teammates will do the same. Its going to be hard, but God and his family and friends will see him through.

Well I am going to plan another one the end of the month, Im going to plan this one better, the one yesterday was kind of thrown together at the last moment. When should I start advertising? A week before? Also another question, I had 4 designer handbags for sale and neither one sold, did I have them mark two high? I had three dooney and bourkes (authentic) in great condition marked for 25.00 they are about 4 years old, I also had a coach about 4 years old in great condition for sale for 35.00. I thought these would sale quickly. My friends say I would do better putting them on ebay. Thanks

boy sizes mostly 10-12s and 14-16, medium to x large shirts. I also have lots of young men clothes, 34-36 jeans, shorts. xl shirts. My oldest just went to college and I told him to take what he wants anything he left would be sold. Me and my kids both have too many clothes that never get worn its time to get rid of what we don't wear.

I had a yard sale today and it was very slow, it was really not worth the trouble of getting all that stuff out. I had really good stuff, lots of boys clothes, tons of jeans and jean shorts, nice collar shirts for boys, I always hear people saying they need boys clothes. I thought for sure that would go. Finally around 12:00, I called it quits. Is August a bad yard sale month? When is the best time of the year to have yard sales?

In both shootings the individuals responsible are students from Powder Springs. And as I stated in my post that these individuals belong to this so called gang, I was not stereotyping all students from McEachern. No this did not make the news, everything that happens in Hiram and Powder Springs does not make the news. Probably because no one was actually shot, thank God. So im glad it didnt make the news, if it meant someone had to actually be shot. But if you still need convincing that this happened, just pm me.

I promise you its not a rumor, I know for a fact that it did happen. If you want more information you can call the Powder Springs police and ask for Lt. Boyd. But believe what you want.

That's the problem, all parents arent like you and I, they don't give a rats behind what their kids are out there doing. As long as they don't have to be bothered with them, they don't care. Many of these parents are out doing their own thing, partying it up and drugging it up, they don't have time to parent their kids, these kids do not have the proper upbringing, and the rest of society has to suffer.

Its not happening at games, not yet, but at these dang house parties. Its crazy because Hiram and McEchern don't even play each other anymore in sports. The incident last weekend was sparked over a girl from McEchern that was dating one of the boys that they attacked. I have banned my son from all house parties, he is upset but I have told him his life is more important than a house party. There is more to life than partying.
