I have cleaned out my closet and have tons of clothes, handbags, shoes and jewelry that I want to get rid of. It's practically enough stuff to open up a clothing store, but I would like to donate to an organization that helps women reenter the work force or to get on their feet.Anyone know if we have something like that in this area? You were okay with them describing the 4 black youths walking down the street with backpacks, but not okay when describing white youth with sword. The reason race was even mentioned is because a poster tried to make claims that this woman's culture is the reason she abused this child, and that violence is accepeted and taught in her culture. My point is that it has nothing to do with culture or race. There are people of all races and cultures that abuse children, DO NOt make this about her race or her culture. Got it? Good. It will depend on priors, the day care worker that actually hit and pushed my son down after snatching the book out of his hand, that he took from her while she was reading it to the class,(he was 3) didnt receive any jail time.

I do recall that Sungoddes was the one that brought up the "culture" of the abuser, but of course I would have the comment made to me. My point was that it doesnt mattter race or culture,because the daycare worker that hit mhy son was white, so abusers come in all races, don't just lump one race together and say they all are violent or abuse children.

And on top of that the daycare director wasnt the one who told me, it was another mother that saw it happen. This was a daycare in Hiram that has since closed down.

It has absolutely nothing to do with culture. So you are saying everyone in that culture is raised and trained to be violent? So I guess the day care worker who hit my son when he was in daycare at the age of three, people in her culture were raised and trained to be violent? Oh but guess what? She was white!!
