I kicked 2 salesmen out of my office yesterday. They came in and wanted to chat. After a couple of minutes I had to ask who they were and what they were selling. I HAD TO ASK! They told me who and what and continued to want to chit chat. I put up with it for several more minutes before I said guys, either get on with your spiel or leave, I have things to do. I didn't want to see their stupid demonstration. I've been in this business 27 years, I've seen them all. Chemical salesmen.

I do love her, she is awesome, but it wasn't a gift. The bow was a joke because of the Lexus commercials. Blondie always comments on that with who does that sheeze! As far as the rest, I've gone out of my way to play it up just to egg someone on. But hey, it's really none of their business. At least I didn't have to blow my sugar daddy to get nice things.

You said it in a much more eloquent way than I would have. I'm sorry. I feel terrible. It's horrible on too many levels. I wanted to hug my kids and grand kids. I could not imagine what these families are going through. But..... It's over. I've moved on. It's not affecting me anymore.

I can understand that. I still find myself feeling sorry for myself and depressed after my surgery in August. I'm alive, breathing, have a wonderful, beautiful wife and many awesome grand kids to come open presents this Sunday. It's been hard this year, but I am still thankful and looking forward to the chaos of 18 people in our house and feeding them this Sunday.
