Ya know...the week of conferences could be cut down to 2 or 3 tops! I dont see why a week is needed. Past experience for me with my kids, the teacher has NEVER been booked for the WHOLE week everyday. Teachers dont have that many kids to warrant a week of conferences. Eliminate all these pansy week breaks..cut Christmas to a week, and Thanksgiving to 2 maybe 3 days tops. I know it has been this way for years....but I have never seen school out as much as it is... The schedule could be changed..but you would have alot of mommies whining because "the children NEEED a break"! Get real

Hate to break it to you, but she is! They may take a break, but it isnt every hour. I only know because I can see them from my living room window. And, for confirmation, you can ask the ladies in the Shell station..

Good! I think it is a shame and a little cruel that they park her out in the sun while they beg for money! AND..before everyone gets pissed, I know they usually have a cheezy umbrella for her to sit under, but still not enough as hot as its been. I dont mind helping someone out, but refuse to help them, unless they give me a bill to pay on..no cash from me to your pocket.

Ingles, I believe was scheduled to be built on 120 WAY prior to Food Lion putting up their sign @ 92 & Macland...which, I know doesn't mean a hill of beans...I just want something closer to me other than Walmart. yes, self-centered reasons

For the last week or so, they have been hauling dirt from beside the Vet to the area near Walmart.(which is where I think you are talking about) Slight hi-jack though... I would like to know what is going in where they are taking the dirt from? Any ideas? And LR - I will be old enough to become a resident too if they keep draggin fanny!
