Although the Constitution of the United States does not cite it explicitly, presumption of innocence is widely held to follow from the 5th, 6th, and 14th amendments. See also Coffin v. United States and In re Winship. It's one of those common sense things. You might not understand.

I worked with some black guys that used to say "that'll make yo babies be bone (born) nekid." They were referring to doing something that required hard work or heavy lifting.

As screwed up as Hogan's Goat.

You have a pitcher of liquor?

So what do you think about Tyrone Brooks stealing money that was intended for poor black kids?
-
cyphering? He wrote 'em.

Did he have a grill and smoke dope like Trayvon? I think Diehard is just a creepy ass cracker like me. Although I am a brown cracker. I must be a graham cracker.
-
I'll take that as a yes. And since you asked, I am half Indian (feather) and half Irish. A drinking problem looking for a place to happen. HOW!................................'bout another round.

Just a wild ass guess. Are you black?

Whomever decides to kick my door in. Whomever sees me out cutting grass and says "you know, that guy is an easy target out here on a tractor 1/2 mile from his house." It's not paranoia when you have had to deal with thieves and trespassers as much as I have. We just had a Trayvon look alike walk into our family members house, take the keys off the kitchen counter and drive off in their car last summer. If he had done that at my house (just down the street) he would be the new Trayvon and I would be the new George Zimerman because I would have burned his little ass right in his tracks.

You are bat sheeze crazy. He was innocent when he walked into the courtroom the first day. It was the state's job to prove him guilty. They did not. The judicial system never finds anyone "innocent." The terminology is "not guilty." You're just a sore loser. WTF did you have at stake in this?

I don't go to the bathroom without being armed. I don't cut my grass without being armed. I carry a pistol on me 99.9% of the time. And most of the people I know do too.

During the Zimmerman 20 Day Trial Four Children Gunned Down.
feelip replied to DiehardKy's topic in RECENT TOPICS
It is my understanding that it is illegal to posses a hand gun in Chicago. Looks as though that gun control thing is really working well up there. -
But he didn't do anything illegal. Using your theory, Trayvon could have stayed at home that night.

It would be interesting to know the crime rate in the neighborhood AFTER Zimmerman shot the little thug.

I have a buddy that calls a filter a filther. And another that says newun, as in it is time to buy a new one. I had a business partner fro Dawsonville that grew up with Bill Elliott. He had a dictionary full of words. His name was Marvin and we called his "special words" Marvinisms. An example is air. There is air like you breath, air like you shoot with a bow (arrow), air as in that is airs (ours), air like how many airs did they work on that (hours). But everyone's favorite was "that is plum pathetical."

And I bet you don't do that. Or should I say I bet you don't do that. I bet you are the only person in the world that would see a group of 20 year old black guys walking around your house when you come home late at night and would never think they were stealing something. You would probably think "I bet those young men are looking for the Rib Shack down the street" or maybe "they are just trying to see the BET awards on my flat screen TV through my window." It's one thing to believe a certain way, just give up before you start trying to justify your position with dumb ass reasoning

And what about state attorney Angela Corley that tried to withhold evidence from the defense team until a whistle blower turned her in. And then she fired the whistle blower. There was more than just a few coincidental mistakes made in this trial. It looks to me like there was a dumb ass that had a position of authority but not enough intelligence to make it happen. If I had to guess, I would say it was Eric Holder that was behind the attempted lynching of George Zimmerman. If so, Mr. Holder needs to go.

Am I the only one that after reading this thinks that NAACP's Ben Jealous is an idiot? If the NAACP wants to be a useful organization, why wouldn't they focus on educating young black men on how to behave in a civilized world. Don't go jumping on other people for any reason. But as usual, the NAACP wants to change the laws to protect the thugs. Law or no law, you jump me and I will shoot you. So simple even a cave man should get it.

And he said "okay." And as far as we know (and I think) that he turned around and headed back to his truck. His story says that is what he did. The timeline as compared to the 911 tape says he did. The only one that says otherwise is the media's version and they were trying to hang the guy. Tell me you know that Zimmerman didn't say "He looks suspicious. He's black." You do know that GZ has a lawsuit filed against NBC for making edits to the tape that sound as though he says this, right?

The info was out there. The media didn't want it. They were boosting their ratings by shoving the race baiting stories out there. The media, the president, the attorney general, the state attorney and the list goes on and on. Not to forget the race whores, Al and Jesse. I am trying to compile a list of all the wrongdoings that were committed against Mr. Zimmerman. This was an atrocity.

How many of you guys have stepped up to the plate like this racist has? In the e-book, Zimmerman Sr. repeats the claim, previously made by the Zimmerman family, that George Zimmerman was "in large part" responsible for the arrest of Justin Collison, the son of a Sanford Police lieutenant who was caught on cell phone video in December 2010, punching a black homeless man, Sherman Ware, in the back of the head, knocking him unconscious. Zimmerman revives the claim that George Zimmerman "contacted the local NAACP to inquire about what could be done" but was "informed by the NAACP that t

I don't think there is an appeal process for a not-guilty verdict. Who would appeal that? Certainly not the defendant. As for the percentage of blacks convicted, is it not possible that there were circumstances similar to this Zimmerman case where the white shooter was acting within the law and the black shooters were not? (BTW, the correct answer is yes). Edited to shorten Pubby exceedingly long post.

Sounds like you might be a suspect if anything happens to Zimmerman.
