My grandmother was doing this when I was a kid and I haven't cared for corn since. I think I ate close to 32 quarts that day. Whew, I was sick for a week. Pull up your threshold, scape and vacuum up all the crud and let everything dry out. Go to Home Depot and over in the section that sells Sakrete, mortar and such look for a tube of caulking that is yellow with red print. It will say "Sika Construction Adhesive." This is a polyurethane sealant that does well in damp environments. Dry fit the threshold to be sure it goes in the way you want it to. Then pull it back out and put a full bed of the Sika down about a 1/4 inch thick. Push the threshold down into the wet sealant and screw it down. You won't get any more water under your thr

So you made an opportunity? Before I started doing work for the company I am with they had a consulting firm come in and give them advice. Best I can tell they spent nearly $10k to be told that they needed to start calling eff ups, opportunities.
