Awww Thank you sports source! This is their last chance to deliver.. I never wanted to get people to stop shopping there I just wanted to get opinions on what I should do..However I do want people on here to know what my expirences have been so they don't have to go through it.

well They said they would deliver tomorrow, still to be seen , If i get one more call from them , That is exactly what i will do.

Then they shouldnt have promised me that 3 times now.. I mean This is a business not someone off the street i bought it from.. and to be rude on top of it.. NO excuse as far as i am concerned..

I know.. like my husband says, I let people run over me to much.. I try just to be nice and kinda expect that in return.

I Have not thought of that yet.. but that is my next step.. If i get another call.. I am afraid of what i might say to them.. I have been to nice already.

Thank you ! After the first time they didn't deliver it..they gave me free delivery but the second time.. Nothing and now after their call today all i got was complete rudness.And like i said ,, I did talk to the management and they acted as if I was wrong for calling to complain You are right.. The last thing I wanted is for them to have a bad reputation but Hey They are the ones that did it to themselves. I am very disappointed. I have for sure Learned my lesson on this. I know I will never do business with them again.. lesson learned.

Yes it was the one in Hiram. I am so fed up with their excuses.. I paid them cash.. but I will get my money back.. looks like the only number i can find to talk to someone in charge is the Acworth number and i already spoke to them .. They didn't even seem liked they cared..

Well to me their customer service sucks..Just my opinion though.

you are right.. i did call a number in Acworth but she was just as rude..just amazing to me.. the economy must not be affecting them..

They have not even tried to make me happy.. When i talked to the main office they told me They couldn't promise anything..she said we might wake up with 3 feet of snow on the ground.. she said if roads are okay that I would get my furniture.. I was so mad i just hung up.. not good!!

I bought furniture on the 13th of this month and was promised delivery within 3 days, I have had them cancel on me 2 times, It is supposed to be deliverd tomorrow but they just called and asked me if i would be willing to wait till thursday.. I mean seriously!! I told them i would not be willing to wait and they said they would do the best they could.. I am just so frustrated .. what would you do? I called the customer service dept.. not much help there..she said depends on the weather.. I understand the weather is bad..but their attitudes are so bad.. kinda sarcastic to me.. WOW!!
