Sad things it is just not the snakes....Wild populations of monkeys, crocidiles (not North American but introduced), piranha, caiman, and other species are becoming a major threat to the ecosystem in Florida. People need to quit owning exotic pets just to say they have them. It is becoming dangerous for native species survival.

This was very close to where I picked up some palms yesterday. It is getting to be a huge problem in Florida not only in captivity, but the threat posed in the wild. The nursery ownder said there are hundreds of pythons in the area around his nursery and that they are getting to be a bigger threat to small animals and kids than the native alligator. He said in the wild they were far more aggressive and would come around far more than the gators

Actually, she told them they were owned by her couisin and only later admitted they owned them. I think thats what caused much of the problem.

I agree with the premise of he cant live in them, but it is evident he lied about owning at least one of these. I guess that is the biggest problem I have with it. Maybe he could donate one of the homes for the organization to restore for a vet here in Georgia and then he could get the other one. It just looks really shady how they handled themselves with the organization. I do wish him the best no matter what! and you are welcome.

Very proud of his service. As a vet I realize he has given his all and will never be the same. However, the home needs to go to someone who truly needs it and not to someone who already owns two homes...JMO

Detroit has had this coming for years...UAW cost and demands have led to American automakers inability to compete with Japanese or Korean cars. I believe this could be a good thing if the government would stay out of it and let GM restructure like every-one else. If they dont, then Americans will continue to buy Toyotas, Honda, and Kias. Just a fact of life and value.

I dont believe this airport will ever be as promised. It was built for a few plane owners in the county, and will never generate revenue or buisness to compete with McCollum in Kennesaw. I HOPE I am wrong, believe me, but somehow I believe this pet project was just that, a pet project with no lasting posititve impacts for Paulding County.

FIRST of all, the lay-offs are the results of bonuses and over spending by the pervious chair. Second, lets pray we never see Jerry run again. Our county cant afford 4 more years of careless spending and pet projects. jmo
