This too!! Saving money is my "job" around our house! I couldn't afford to go to work, with 4 kids daycare would be more then what I could earn.

I've never actually used a crib lol. All of mine have gone from sleeping with us to a mattress on the floor. My 9 month old has a twin mattress in our sitting room with toys around for when she wakes up. I close the door so that she can't get to the staircase when she wakes up. My 2 year old has a twin in our room too, the 6 year old has a full bunkbed, and the 8 year old has a queen mattress in her room for whoever happens to sleep in there. The kids tend to play musical beds and sleep in each others beds all the time We all get plenty of sleep and don't mind sharing beds.

I qualify for probably 10-15% of the ones I try. Some sites are better then others. I make ~$300 a year on them when you combine it all up.

When we decided to have kids, one of our requirements was that one of us stayed home with them. We have a budget and are virtually debt free. I do some online surveys for a little extra, I just started sewing some things for a friend, I sell things on craigslist. I'm currently working on a career that I am passionate about that will be self-employed so I will still get to stay at home/homeschool the kids.

You obviously don't know very much about gender abnormalities or genetic disorders. She lives in South Africa, in the middle of nowhere. The chances of her ever having a genetic test done, heck anything beyond a basic physical for that matter, are astronomically small. Even in the US or other western world countries many women do not get diagnosed with these disorders until they are unable to have children in their 20s or 30s. As far as competing on the world stage, that is the fault of her country's coaches and team doctors. It will be even worse if they knew and didn't tell her anything.

I know that someone is setting up food for them. That is all the info that I have right now. As soon as I know more, I'll give the info to the CC.

This is a friend of mine's husband. They are wonderful people and I'm so sad that this has happened to them. There are 6 kids in the family and they all adore their Dad. Hug your loved ones tonight.

There is no difference in the growth hormone shots today (synthetic) then there is in a diabetic taking insulin. The shots are only giving the body something that it should be producing, but for some reason it can't. The side effects are mostly seen in those who are taking it even though they don't need it (like the baseball idiots). As far as the shoes - great for your ex-hubby. However for my daughter, she'd need stilts if she didn't get the shots. Without a lot of help and special equipment it would be virtually impossible for her to live/work/play as an adult in the US of only 4'8"

My daughter has a rare genetic condition (1 in 2500 live female births) where she does not produce growth hormone naturally. Without shots, the average height for girls with her condition is 4'8. There are adult women who are as short as 4'4. Being that short is a disability and we are working hard to get her to at least 5'0.

For middle school there is also the GVA program. It might be a way for her to do school around taking care of her baby. Most of the middle school plans are self directed. It would be a lot of work though and she'll need some support. As far as WIC, she'll get food for herself. She'll also continue to get food for herself if she nurses the baby, or it will provide a portion of the formula needed.

Homemade mac and cheese (make a double batch and you're set for lunches/snacks for several days) I make up enough to fill up a large casserole dish and add in frozen veggies to make it more filling and nutritious. Tacos: 1lb ground beef browned (or 1 chicken breast) add taco mix and 1 cup brown rice cooked to make 3+ cups. mix together and serve on taco shells with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Add a can of refried beans to make it go even further. use the leftover lettuce to make salads for a couple of days. This feeds my family of 6 for 2 nights and usually one or 2 lunches. Hotdogs and

I haven't seen Thomas in years!!! He and my husband knew each other for a long time. My husband and I used to run computer gaming, and before that we helped with gaming for several years. In fact that's where we met 12 years ago lol! -
The thing that worked best for my daughter was letting her give each of us a "shot" We used some of the diluent in a fresh tip (we don't use needles, it's a hypospray type of thing). Then we let her give each of us a shot. Once she saw that we were just fine she was ok with getting them done, that and Dora bandaids for awhile Her younger brothers each get a pretend shot each night with her too with the play shotmaker in their doctor's kit. Also if you have a dx for her, try to find a support group, sometimes talking with other kids that are going through the same things can be a huge help.

I'll preface by saying that I never had a "curfew" as a teenager. I was expected to tell my parents where I was going, who I was with, a contact number (preferably an adult's number and then later it was my pager or cell #) and when I was to be home. I had an agreement that I could call my parents anytime to come get me if I needed to, no questions asked (only had to call once). I went off to college at 17, and the next summer I moved into the apartment upstairs at my g'parents house, which was next door to my parents. I was treated as a fully capable adult. I still told my parents when I woul

Small bruises are normal We rotate between 4 shot places, top of her bottom on each side and front thigh. She will probably never have enough fat to do them on her arms or stomach. Which shot device do you use? We love our coolclick - no needles!! My oldest daughter has been on Saizan for a bit more then 4 years. She is growing phenomenally well for a girl with her diagnosis. We see Dr. Anderson in Marietta and know Dr. Carlucci as well.

The School Box in Kennesaw, near Town Center is hiring warehouse staff. The boss over there is great to work for

That was an awesome concert! Kinda ruined me for the rest of my concert going experiences though lol!

And without access to estrogen replacement therapy my daughter won't grow breasts either. Doesn't make her any less of a girl.

She might be XXY. She is from very rural South Africa, there's virtually no chance that she's ever had genetic testing done before. There are also a handful of other genetic disorders that could make her seem more male like, even though she is a woman. She ran a great race though!!

There are only a couple in the Atlanta area. Pediatric Endocrine has been great to us. My oldest has been on growth hormone for almost 5 years and we've seen most of the doctors/nps there over that time. Call now to get an appointment though, it will probably be several months before you get in. And there is a $10 charge now to be seen at any of their satellite offices There is another group that practices out of Emory, but I don't remember their name.
