I read all 3 books in about a week and a half. I still need to see the movie. If the movies are like the books, the last movie will be even more gruesome than the first!

My late husband has family all over the DFW area. It was VERY scary there for a while. One of his cousins basically had her car destroyed by hail, but other than that everyone was fine. Thank God!

I bought their brand of diapers for either 4.99 or 5.99 and they have worked great. Only thing is they only had sizes 3,4 or 5. I really hope that their milk stays at 1.99. That would make the trip worth it!

Anyone know if $1.99 is the normal price for Aldi's milk or if that was a sale price? I am trying to decide if I want to make a trip there this week. If I do I *pray* it's not as crowded as last week.

A few friends bought me a Kindle for Valentine's Day. I love it! I just finished Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close. It was good but not great. Now I just need to figure out how to add a gift card to my Kindle. Or do I need to add the GC to my Amazon account?

Does anyone know when early voting starts? Would I need to go to the courthouse for early voting? TIA!

The slaw had a little mayo, salt and lots of pepper. At least that's what I could taste. They really know how to cook chicken. So I think they have a really good start to build on.

We went tonight too. We thought everything was very good, except for the slaw. The chicken fingers were huge and tasty, however I wasn't too impressed with the dipping sauces. I thought the fries were good as well. Next time I will probably try the wings. It looks like they had several sauces to choose from.

I am assuming since there is no plane change that I would stay on the plane? Not sure. This will only be the second flight I have ever taken without my husband. But since he has passed, I need start doing things by myself. It's just not easy and a little scary, yes even if it is a plane ride.

I am thinking about flying to Dallas/Fort Worth to see my late husband's family. It will just be me and our 2 year old. Southwest seems to be the cheapest (especially since bags are free!) but all flights seem to stop in Houston even when there is no flight change. I am worried about taking a very active 2 year old alone, especially with the stop. Who has flown Southwest? Do you like it or not and why? TIA!!
