When I called they stated that if you do a loan modification, they will put you on a trial payment ( may be hundreds lower ir dollars lower than your payment now) for 60-90 days. During that trial period you pay the lesser amount while they put together a package of options for you. I just wanted to say that I did NOT intend on "bashing" Monkey Doodle!! I came on here like many of you do and ask fellow pcommers for advice/information. The only thing that made me upset was the fact that I could see that she had visited pcom a few times since I sent her PMs and I had no response! I am a VERY understanding person and all I needed was a simple sentence: " I am having health problems and it is taking longer than expected". I would have said: "That is fine! Just keep me posted"!
