Take all those precious moments and keep notes of them. She can be a real pain in the butt sometimes but ya gotta remember the sweet things and let her know you appreciate it as im sure you do. Little stinker...one extreme to the other in two seconds..ha

$423.00 highest since we been here and thats 22 yrs. We ran total electric heat one year without burning at wood in the stove at all just out of curiosity...had those stupid wall units in each room that had not thermostats, just ON or OFF were your choices...and still it was only 280.00 Went up over a hundred this month...i keep set at 80 degrees but its a large unit for this tiny house...1200 sq feet is all and plenty thank you..ha.

old man is an ac man and he says he hasnt had any experience with the duals himself so cant help ya hon...I DID ask him to come upstairs and read this and see if he could offer an explanation for ya though. Good luck to ya and it sounds like when my truck is acting up....let him drive it for a week before itll actually DO what i keep telling him its doing. sigh...very aggravating aint it?

ooo...chicken and dumplins!!!! Thats one of my Nanny's specialties too....only tried once and decided it was easier to buy the frozen dumplins and they were almost as good. (gotta hunt for those next to frozen biscuits usually and not all stores have them) That makes me want chicken and dumplins now...guess that goes on this weeks menu..ha. My mother was the queen of cleaning and IRONING....she still irons everything....even sheets. Makes everything smell like crisp, clean, starch too. I do well with the cleaning and all up she stops short of the white glove test when she comes over..ha.

I inherited my Nanny's green thumb and ability to cook and can and freeze vegies and make jelly. If she didnt teach me in person she walked me thru them step by step over the phone. (probably why i hate talking on the phone now...used up all my talking patience back then) I just cant get the chicken or biscuits for some reason no matter how many times she has told me what to do...ha. Keepem coming yall

we used to due thurs. date nights every thurs...i got to pick restaurants..fortunately for HIM i happen to like folks and ryans versus other more expensive places but it would be a cool idea just to pick a place somehwhere else like marietta that is not a chain and not tell her where you are taking her till ya get there. Lots of neat places all over that arent too bad and you got to know what she likes to eat right?

That you cant manage to do? This can be cooking or crafts or keeping the family in check..whatever. Mine happens to be (although i AM a chef) I CANNOT make my Nanny's fried chicken or tiny high biscuits for the life of me!!! Trying again tonight but i already know i cant do it..ha.

nope...that is the goal..stay in the news and press and try to continue to support herself via "us" the people who watch and are entertained by her silly antics. never watched the show but know its full of pretty people being just plain stupid....seems to be "the thing" these days.

havent given heat mcuh thought..just primarily for starting seeds in the early early spring....and storing stuff that cant handle freezing temps but can handle being in the shed so they should be fine. A friend came by and ground two stumps for me for mothers day so we used the mulch from that for a floor...working pretty well and not all washing away.

I totally agree its beautiful but i really hope they find another use for the old building....i love that old school house and loved the old rock store...Too many historic buildings getting torn down...sigh. Just my view on the situation..i realize there is not enough funding to keep historical sites open etc. these days.

dont be too amazed..it was really jeromes creation...i just stained the shelves and painted the door red cause he wont let me paint the house front door red.ha (poop head!) We actually need to paint this house severely bad but waiting on funds and also new windows need installed first that have been propped against the shed for two years. Dont have the money for the lumber to install..sigh..but i DO have a nice greenhouse now...ha

These will most likey not work in order so i will just explain by saying i got the windows from a pcommer (real names i can recall...profile pretend little nicknames..not so much) Hopefully they will see this and be pleased with what their donation to the cause ended up being. Thanks again.

heck i would watch the finale just for who is perfoming tonight personally...i am not predicting anything but my votes went to crystal..(many..many...many votes...Lee was just kinda "eh" to me tonight and been crystal fan since chicago so...stick with first instinct i guess. I did think it would be Crystal, Casey and Shiobhan wayyyyyy long time before the top twelve.

i love snakes too...they are soooo beautiful..DH will kill anything that squirms out in the yard and i pick it up and bring it to show him....dunno...guess i just got a way with them. (cept for yappy little dogs...hate them little doo doos!!!)

good idea but then again we have a five gallon barrell buried and the washer water and shower water goes into it...i just pump it out with battery operated pump when its dry and no rain....also collect the condensation from the a/c unit into a big trash can for the flowers closer to the house. Ill have to tell Mr Builder that he should do something to that effect though. May have spare gutter pieces here somewhere.

shhhh..dont say that!! word will spread that im good at this, i am but lord, its not like a goal i make up for myself or anything like that. I do good with critters and plants is all. An PWilhelm..i considered it the first night after dark but too many cats period around here really and the one that had it to begin with is a serious hunter. Plus about four humans handled it before it ever even got to me...figured mom would just kill it. Its doing very well and eating nonstop. Happy little critter. First time it mimics the old man he is gonna want to keep it...ugh again.

lovely..they said another bird kept swoopin down at them so i thought maybe just an old cat bird...dont matter..i love all my birdies and keeping it fed and watered with eye dropper and baby spoon. Hope it does okay once we turn loose on a tree out back. The mockers are all in the front three sweet gums i do believe.
