  1. I take it that you like them. I ordered a free trial off the internet, but got scammed. I would like to try them again, but maybe this time from someone reputable.

I ordered a free trial, too! I got a notice with my order that gave me 15 days to cancel or my account would be charged almost $90 per month!!! I called immediately and cancelled.

What exactly is this stuff supposed to do? I heard that it was endorsed by Oprah and Rachel Ray for weight loss. I have just started taking it and, so far, can't tell any different. I'm still hungry!!!

  2. There has been an armed robbery. This at Highway 92 and Brownsville Road in the stopping center where Winn Dixie used to be. The description was given as a black male, 5'8", wearing a grey shirt, white pants, and grey jacket. Employee said that robber told her to get out of the store. Several units are in the area.

There are officers on both ends of the shopping center. They are not sure if the suspect is still in the store or not.

    The building is clear.

  3. When the sheriff's office came to fill out my husband's fraud report, they told him that they have one person in custody in Florida in regards to this case. He was told that there have been hundreds of card numbers used, both debit and credit.

I hate to hear that Regions is giving people such a hard time. That's because of the merge with the other bank. When it my card number got stolen several years ago, Regions was wonderful. I got hit for over $1,500 and my money was back in less than a week. My sister-in-law was with Wachovia, and it took almost a month.

Nowdays, I don't think anyone's card is safe, no matter where you use it. I never use mine as a debit. I always run it as a credit because I was told that it makes it harder to recover the money if a pin number is used.

  4. I remember a lot of those!!! Anyone else go to the Crystal Palace off Stewart Avenue (when it was safe there)? That's were we'd go after all the other places closed. They were open all night. What's weird is that both of my daughters have been there!!

They are no longer open, but it was a fun place!!

  5. Mine are in plasic containers in my attic. I have hundreds of them. I have a set for myself and then I have the leftovers from what I used to sell. I made a lot of money when I was selling them. I have though about donating some of them, but didn't know where. I thought about Scottish Rite or Egleston's.

I will give some of them to my granddaughter when she gets a little older. I have some that I won't get rid of no matter what. I really love my bears.

  6. Douglasville Gymnastics and Cheerleading on Bright Star Road. My daughter started in gymnasics and then started taking their cheerleeding classes during 6th grade. They really taught her a lot. She cheered for 3 years!! I don't know if Paige still owns the place, but she is awesome!!!

Also, Axis in Kennesaw is really good, if thery are still in business. They taught my daughter more tumbling and stunts.

  7. The bachelor is the only TV show that I watch faithfully!!! I was really excited to find out Jason was the next bachelor. I don't feel like any of the women are good enough for him. This is the only time that I don't really care for any of them. Usually I have two or three picked out after the first show. I think he kept some that he should have definitely sent home.

This season looks like it will be really good, though. I was so shocked when I saw Deanna that I yelled "OMG" so loud that the dog started barking!!! I really, really liked her! I had hoped that it would work out for her and Jesse, and I was so disappointed that it didn't. I read that she broke it off with him and broke his heart. I know it's not fair to the other girls, but I'd really like to see her with Jason. I don't think that's the way it will end up, but I think it would be nice. That's probably because I don't like any of the other girls.

I can't wait until next week. I'm glad here are others who love the show as much as I do. No one I know watches it, so now I'll have somebody to talk about it with!!!

  8. I heard on the radio that there was a bad accident at the interesection of Highway 360 and Poplar Springs Road. The road was totally blocked. Has anybody heard anything about this?

    Prayers said for all involved.

  9. Well, well---they got my husband's card!!! He went to get his eyes checked on Saturday at Wal-Mart, and they declined his card. Knowing that he had money, he thought that there was something wrong with the card because it's old and you can barely read the numbers. He went to the bank this morning and found hat his card had been used at several 7-11 Stores in Florida. They only got a little over $500 before the bank blocked the card.

The bank supposedly left a message for us on the answering machine, but it probably got erased since something happened to our phone several days ago and all our messages/numbers got erased. The bank is working with him to return the money. They put back the money for every transaction up to $30. He has to go to the Hiram PD and fill out a report tomorrow. Then the bank will replace all the rest of the money.

We thought we were safe because it's been a long time since he used his card there. I guess no one's safe if they've used their card there.
