She's just beautiful!!!
-
Is this just for alcohol or does it help with other addictions such as meth?
-
I will let my daughter know about this. My youngest grandson will be 2 on May 4. He didn't walk until rght before Christmas. He doesn't talk other than sometimes he will say "boo" and "thank you". The doctor told her about Babies Can't Wait but she hasn't looked into it yet. He is such a doll! He does tend to throw tantrums if he doesn't get his way.
I will tell her to check this out.

I wouldn't exactly say it looks like a spider but it sure as H--- looks like it hurts!!!!

I will be happy if either Adam or Alison wins. I don't think there's anyone else on there that even comes close to being as good as they are.

What a precious baby!! She is absolutely beautiful!!!

This morning it was awful! The winds were unbelievable so it blew power lines down and trees on lines, BIG mess to clean up in a lot of places.
Wow!! I had no idea!! I work in Marietta near the intersection of Cobb Parkway and Windy Hill Road. I looked out my window this morning and the wind was blowing like crazy, and it was raining sideways. Looked like news video of a hurricane, but we never lost power. IAbout 4:00, I came through some of the intersections listed as out on Powder Springs Road, and the lights were working.
Thanks for the info!!

I know this will sound stupid, but why all the power outages today? The weather hasn't been bad, has it?

We went to my in-laws in Cedar Bluff, Alabama. My oldest daughter and granddaugher went, too, so we had a wonderful family day. We ate some great food and had some great family visiting. Now I'm tired and ready for bed.

I have it on the 20th. I've never got called for juty duty before, and am very excited!! I'm just looking forward to being off work!!
I would like to be picked to serve on the jury. My sister-in-law served in Cobb county a few years ago, and said it was very interesting.

Although it was very nice of the church to put this event on............remind me NEVER to do that again!
Damn parents were running through the field filling huge baskets with eggs.......some people had at least 50! They just walked right past the kids who didn't get ANY! You would think a parent would take pity on a crying 5 yr old instead of hoarding eggs!
My son was allowed to take 6 or 8 eggs (I told him to leave them for the other children), but my daughter didn't get any. It was a free for all in the 2nd and 3rd grade field. My son was nice enough to share his..........
I had 3 under the age of 3. There were much older kids in the field reserved for the little ones. The arm bands were a waste of time. Also, the parents were unbelievable!!! I saw several adults with kids too little to know what it was all about, and the baskets were overflowing. We gave some of our eggs away because there were kids who didn't get any. And no one that we talked to found a camo egg. We were wondering if there were any and what the prizes were.
A friend of mine had her 6 year old daughter, who was old enough to hunt the eggs on her own. There were way too many parent hunting the eggs in that age group. They should have let the kids do the hunting and had the parents stay outside the roped off area.
We enjoyed getting pictures with the Easter Bunny and my oldest grandson loved the pony ride. The food line was way too long. They needed more than one. I wonder if they weren't expecting as many people as showed up.
The people from the church were very nice, and it was a nice thing the did to sponser the egg hunt. I just think there were too many people.

We just got some pea size hail!!! My husband and I walked out on the back porch to look at it. Now it's almost stopped raining. I haven't seen hail in years.

It's just now starting to rain at my house. I'm off Ridge Road near PB Ritch. My daughter, who lives in Douglasville, has called me twice to tell me that Paulding is under a tornado warning. We're watching closely, but nothing much is happening and I hope it doesn't.
-
Just heard this on the TV. I'm thinking this is the part of Paulding down 61 towards Cartersville.

I went with a group of girls in January. We saw Le Reve. This was a water show. I didn't really understand it, but it had some incredile diving. We got the tickets free, but I think it was expensive if you had to buy them. We also say The Mentalist. This was fantastic!! This guy was awesome. He does a mind-reading show and will amaze you. I wanted to see Thunder from Down Under, but no one else wanted to go. There are so many shows to see. They have a place were you can go in and see what shows are going on and you can buy discount tickets.
-
I heard this on the radio on my way to work. They didn't indicate it was this bad, though.
Prayers said for all involved.

I always sleep in the tanning bed but wake up when it cuts off. It relaxes me for some reason. My daughter fell asleep once and they had to bang on the door to wake her up.

I think it might be a little hard to stop a bus (or car for that matter) with or without a stop sign when they are traveling at interstate speed. I get off on this exit frequently and believe me, when you get to the top there is no room to correct for an exit error.
Drivers should slow down when taking an exit, especially those who are not familiar with an area. I feel terrible for the crash victims because they were at the mercy of a driver who was not paying attention to what he was doing and probably traveling at a high rate of speed.
IMO there is no excuse for that kind of accident at that exit ramp.
-
My daughter and I were going down I-75 South on Saturday. I NEVER go that way, so I wanted to take a good look at this exit to see how it was. I cannot see how anyone who is paying attention could mistake it for a straight thru lane. It is very cleary marked with exit signs, and you can plainly see that it ends at the top of the ramp. There's a big fence that runs along side the road on the opposite from the ramp.
I just feel that it's people who are in way too much of a hurry and not paying attention who get confused about the exit ramp. JMO after checking it out.

The day my son called and said he had a wreck, when he was 17, was the scariest time in my life!
My daughter stayed home with her aunt & uncle when I went to Hawaii. Since Hawaii is 6 hours behind us, I got the call at 2:00 a.m. that she'd been in a wreck on her way to school. I was terrified but, even though the car was totaled, she was not hurt. That's absolutely the worse call in the world!!!
I'm glad your son is ok. Everyone has made comments about the empty passenger seat. I believe that God wa in that passenger seat. To come out of that with bruises and only 10 stitches, is a miracle in my book!!
Where did this happen?
-
I guess I'm going to have to give him a try. I'd been "dieting" since the first of the year and have only been able to lose a total of 6 pounds. I've tried low fat, low carb, no sugar, Aaci berry in conjunction with some other stuff, and Advocare. None of it has worked. I need energy and weight loss!!! I hate to use medication that's not natural, but I'm at the point where I'll try pretty much anything.
-
You should be proud!!! She's beautiful and her dress was geourgeous!!

Thanks for all the replies. Looks like hubby will be going with one of his buddies since they only do seafood.
-
Do they have anything other than seafood? My husband loves it, but I do not care for it. He wants to go but only if they have other food.

The plastic ones that come apart. They had candy in them. Some had certificates for a junior milkshake at Steal N Shake. There were supposed to be some camouflaged ones, but we didn't hear of anyone who found one.
