I missed the part they you are renting. So you probably do not know if it is directly on property line. I think it would be your grass then like others said. I would never put a fence directly on a property line.

I would say if it is on the property line they should cut the grass bc it is their grass and they are cutting next to it anyways, but you should weed eat the fence area bc it is your fence. It should look nice on their side seeing your fence. IMO I do not cut grass though

Funny you say that. I have ALWAYS said this. My husband and my dad have always been crazy about turning heat or ac on. They wait until the last minute. This year we moved and for some reason this house is way bigger, but it holds in the heat and air better. My husband actually caved first which in unusual. It did not get hot until I started doing house work.
