What is a good daily rate to pay a neighborhood high school kid to come over to dog sit. Just feed them once a day- let them out a few times a day. Nothing major and very simple.

Thanks! I guess this is what I was kind of looking for. Do you know of any day camps that are adventurous? I want to put them somewhere really fun at least a week outdoors. I have two weeks out of the summer where I can sign them up for something fun and different.

I go to Savannah and Helen every year. I love it both place. I just stayed at the castle inn in Helen a few weeks ago. It was cheap and very nice. It was is also right in town. Directly above the troll tavern.

Have you ever done this? My kids want to go to Camp Cherokee and they want to stay over night. The camp looks super fun. Very Parent trap looking They have a ton of activities. I am just nervous because I have never left my kids with someone that is not family. They say they wont be home sick. The camp is very expensive so if they go they are not getting picked up. lol They are 9 and 7. It is Mon - Fri. So my question is- Do you think they are old enough to do this? There are kids from the Church going at this age so I am sure it is fine. It may just be me scared to leave them that long.
