that is what I used and they took my money and I never got it back. What I did wrong- I paid in advance. I will never do that again. But at least with paypal you can file a claim with them. That is what I am doing now. So I do agree that it is good for the customer. Good suggestion! I am glad we came to an agreement. Topic closed. lol Serious. I am really done. My fingers hurt now. I have repeated myself ten times. SO please no one respond to anything I wrote. I do not want to write again.

No I am not saying you did get 20 complaints. I am not even talking about my case. I am saying if you did get that many you would know something is up. If you had a complaint section or something that only you guys could see. THis would protect customers from being burned. Oh well Nevermind....

YES that is what I always said. like tens times lol I said it should be private. I do think that. I think it should be logged on their business file of the number of VALID Documented complaints. Then go from there if many customers are having issues.

Well if they send an email. Like I did. With proof or your order and talking to the owner it would work. I would say there has to be documentation to back it up. If they do not have documentation it would be just listed a complaint that could be on file.

Oh lord. Why do I feel like no one is listening. I am not saying he needs to wear the loser shoes. There is only one pair to go around and I know who already has them. lol You can tell if you got 20 complaints about CM that was not doing what they should be doing. It does not take Albert Einstein to figure it out. It is not taking one persons word over another. You are looking at 20 complaints vs one cm. I am not asking for every complaint to make a CM in trouble. We are all human. Stuff happens. But you can still protect the customers aka usually plain members. Give the CM a fair

Admins I take it are not dumb people. If you have one silly mad guy writing all the time you can tell. But when you have 20 different people complaining about missing money- I would think you could catch onto something there.

Yes your post about CVS - a concern If CVS was a CM that would be closed. I am not asking Pubby to go to court over the money taken from me. I can go do that myself. I am wanting people to know what happend to me and MANY others. Just like you did about CVS. That is why I requested a better rating system. Yawn....... Okay. Maybe I am done now. Oh and PS. Bad Cm's are bad for his business also. I know Pubby needs Cm's. I am well aware of that. THAT IS WHY THERE SHOULD JUST BE A BETTER RATING SYSTEM FOR CUSOMTERS that Admin can control. Bad business practice should not be allowed. I know he can not legally prove everything , but if they have reviews to read the can suspend a membership. That is just my point. Negative energy is bad for all... Customers want to be treated right. CM's and Members are all Pubbys customers. I think there just needs to be a happy medium and that is where some customers are feeling left out if they have issues.

Which he does have the right to protect. It is his business just like everyone has theirs they want to protect, but with that being said I still just think there needs to be a better way for complaints to be monitored. If CM is taking money and not turning around a product repeatedly I think they should be put on probation or something. Monitored by a complaint blog that only admins can read or something. IDK I just know many of us lost money from one CM and it just does not seem fair they can promote through pcom when not returning a product.

I did all of those steps. But there is nothing Pubby can do but say go to court. That is why some of us just would like a better rating system. That is all I guess.

Pubby, I do understand all that you said. But could the PCOM office not have a complaint log? At some point your staff will notice if there are many complaints about CMs taking money and could you not revoke them? There is a differnce between an error in a wrong item sent or human errors than you getting complaints of money being taken repeatly. It just does not seem fair that CMS can take 30bucks here- then 50 there and so on and nothing is done about because of the whole put it your mouth rule. It costs more than that to go to court so that would not be done by someone like me who los
