  1. Mt. Tabor Park is in the New Hope area and they have some great fitness and exercise classes, as well as a walking trail, tennis courts, gym, etc. Check into the park in your own back yard....Best kept secret in town!

  5. I have plantar issues, heel spurs, and fallen arches and I have a wonderful podiatrist that will do anything possible to avoid surgery. I teach dance and exercise classes and have learned how to manage it all. Although bunions are different, if you need a second opinion from a good Foot Doctor he is in Villa Rica across from Tanner Medical and his name is Dr. Fields. Check him out or PM me for more info.

  9. Well, you will like how close the fields are to one another this year. They are in the "fields" of White Oak, not the manicured baseball fields like it has been at Taylor Farm Park.

  12. This came as such a shock to us all. He was just at the Hiram Homecoming Game Friday night, and I am so glad I got a big hug from him and Elaine! I will remember Dale with that big smile of his and his constant kind words and encouragement to each kid in the band and the school! He is and always will be a part of our wonderful "Band Of Gold Family"! We will miss you Dale! May you rest in peace and God bless Elaine and the kids! On behalf of your Band of Gold family...our deepest sympathy...

  14. We will be there for the memorial and there for John if we can help in any way. I will miss the angel that we looked for each night since before Christmas. We will miss you Laura!
  15. I, too, am a big 24, and 48 fan, and hate to see this for the whole team and their families. God bless them all and they are in our hearts and prayers.
