years ago we used to buy Cedar trees from Walraven on Old Cartersville Rd. Does anyone know if that farm is still open?

I have been seeing him (them) in late 70's. His dad used to wave too, but he has been gone for yrs. Did you know he used to be some kind of weather/rain reporter. I would guess he is around 60ish.

Does he still live there? Someone said he passed away , but I haven't heard that for sure.

My Dr. made a statement few yrs ago, that most people would rather take medication than to manage their condition with diet. It's easier he said. He tried & tried to call me a diabetic & tried to give me the meds, which I refused & also cholesterol meds, I refused. I monitor my blood sugar at home & and its always good unless I pig out on sweets or eat lots of bread. Only thing I take is blood pressure meds & I'm working on that.

I have done this for a few years with Comcast. & like you said , good for 6 months then you had to call again. Well, this past month our bill is higher that it ever has been, I called again to get discount & they said NO, they don't do that anymore. ?? So I am searching for something cheaper.

I hate to ask this, but does anyone know, if he was driving or a passenger or what happened? I live very near there & this happened (according to the paint marks in the road) right on the swamp/railings. I don't think Benny had a handicap arm. The young man you are talking about is a cashier & a good one at that. I too was at Kroger's on Wed, this was so sad to hear. Broke my heart.
