I just got a new laptop & w8.1, No, I don't like it, but getting used to it. I can't see video. I see the sill picture, but when I click on start the screen on the video turns green, I can hear it, can't see. (like watching videos people post on Face book or the Eagle Cam. Any suggestions? Thanks

That is what I fear. And those people do not care about our kids & teachers. They just don't. Our now custodian's are mostly Paulding citizens who have kids & grandkids in these schools.

Yes, the Board Of Education is going to be voting on this. Lots people may loose their jobs. But just how can this be better for the Children & teachers? It can't be..........

Well, we use Paulding waste. love them. WE get our bill at a P.O. box #. few weeks ago we got a letter from BLD in the mailbox at our STREET address. Telling us they have Merged/swapped, etc.) & to send the next payment to them, (which was a P.O. Box # address) ok??? never got a letter or call from Paulding waste saying anything abt this. At all. I mean, not the way to do business these days with all the scams going on. Ya know.. ... So I called them & the other & it is correct. But that was not in my opinion the way to do that.

I had someone knock on my door today. I didn't answer. They left a card on my door. Tree cutting service. My thinking is, If I want a service, I know how to find one myself..

Thanks & I love XP... I did try a different CD, but as I said, all I had to do was re start my computer, just a thought & it worked. lol

Thanks, I will check this out later on. Thanks to all, but for now , my problem was to use the CD rom. I decided to re start my PC & , there it showed back up. ??? I have Windows 7 on my laptop which what I use most of the time. & I have heard too many complaints abt W8... I don't know why they had to get rid of XP, I love it

It makes a clicking noise, & light blinks green a few seconds.

I know XP doesn't have support anymore. But shouldn't I still be able to put in a CD & read it? in my computer it doesn't even show up (the CD rom)

No , I have never personally bought from them, But, our camping neighbor's at lake in Cherokee Co, told us abt them & they buy a whole cow, at times. (I think you can get it sliced or cut anyway you want it If you Google the site , it has phone # & info.. ) in fact, I think they have many other things going on, as this person said he was getting married there next yr (at the farm)

What I miss is the County news. I used to get my coffee & get on P.com & get the county news. the local accidents, drug busts, current traffic , etc. NO MORE. what has happened? & why do we not ever hear of any events that happen & IF they are posted , they quickly disappear??? I could name several in the past yr or two. It's like, who is scared of who or what??? Or are we threatened?? It's just NOT the P.com I loved before..

NO, NO, my friend, I have had several. 1st one I had, I had such , such pain going up from my toe to to my leg & didn't really know why , until one day, I realized my toe nail was oozing. & so I went to a podiatrist & (ingrown toenail) I didn't know I had was infected. They numbed it & cut off half the nail, > I didn't feel a thing, Don't let it go too long , cause the infection hurt way up my leg. your GP may can do it too. (p.S. My half of a toe nail grew back)
