f you can't agree, let your insurance handle the claim and they will subrogate against Allstate to retrieve your deductible for you and get your insurance paid back by Allstate for what they pay out. It's a racket. I had No Idea How Big of a Racket it truly was!

Allstate has different folks to handle different areas of claims,or so it appears. lost wages,vehicle,items damaged on the trailer appear to be handled by seperate people,is that "how the get you"?

The at fault driver -who ran the red light and caused the accident ,Yes she was charged with failure to yield right of way(ran the red light). I Just got a call From Allstate and the first lady I talked with said They(Allstate) Accepted responsibility. She is issuing a check for the property on the trailer at the time,but I think it is a "good cop bad cop routine" about the trailer and 4 wheeler where they are low balling me on that offer.

Her Court date in Oct 13th,Isnt that the only leverage I have? To tell the judge that her Ins. C. is Not being reasonable? This is so stressful. I think Banks and Insurance Companys rule the world!

Is that a recommendation? or just a take off on their TV ads.

Has anyone else been involved in an Auto Accident and it is an "Open and shut" case against the other driver. Her insurance Co.wants to pay about 60% of the value of the trailer and 4 wheeler she damaged(both totalled). What should I do?,get an attorney or take their offer and cut my losses? Good experiences either way and Great attorney recommendations Please. The Insurance Co are the good hands people and I am very flustered!
