I think you are to the point of backing up your data, formatting the drive and reinstalling Windows. This is the only way to make sure all of the infection is removed.

Download, install and run Malwarebytes which is found at malwarebytes.org (get the free version). I'm guessing that you have another computer to download it to since you said the infection is on your son's computer. You will need to put it on a thumb drive or cd to transfer it to your son's computer.

Have you done a scan with the anti-virus program?

The 10% solution bothered me for a little while.

We used it on carpet and sprayed it. If you are dealing with concrete, you could mop and probably increase the ratio. I would be careful about spraying a higher concentrate mixture because some of it will atomize and stay in the air for a while. I don't think you want to breathe that.

We sprayed ours with a 10% solution of bleach/water. That should kill any mildew.

My wife is a teacher and I really expect her to be paid just as I expect the days to be made up. I would think we will see a make-up schedule from the School within a few weeks.

Douglas County Emergency Management will distribute bottled water on Wednesday to residents of Douglas County who are without treated water.
