Well it looks like one but idk. No she hasn't screamed all day she only screams and crys when you touch it. No no fever and she's not acking funny like her behavior. Thanks no no red line but i just worry over the little things when it comes to my babies. Ya know

My 2 year old daughter has this red bump on her leg. I notice that her leg is swallowing and really red. I try to touch it but she screams. It's also kind of warm to the touch. What to do? Do I take her to the ER? It has been like this over night I notices it this morning. What would you do? Thanks
