Oh wait, Doug also replaced the door handle/lock on the storm door so now Ralphie can't body slam the door open in order to eat the UPS guy. Bet the UPS guy will be happy.

Replaced the railing on our front porch that had rotted out; Repaired two closet lights; Repaired a shelving unit that was anchored into the wall but had giveaway due to too many magazines!; Installed a fire detector in the attic; Replaced a large piece of trim on the inside front door because Theo just had to eat it! Relocated the receiving end of a lock on one of the other front doors so now it will stay closed on windy days. Painted all wood that had been replaced. I am sure that Doug can do any repair needed. Had Doug Sanders out today to do several projects and I wanted you guys to know that he did a great job at a very fair price. He's a nice guy too.
