That is still not smoke, it is ash, aka dust. Dust is everywhere and travels with air currents. We in paulding suck in the dust from Alabama every day. Come to think of it that probably explains alot about some of the things I read on PCOM. The particles after smoke are dust. If you don't directly inhale the smoke, don't call it smoke. So many of you have totally missed the point, must be the Alabama dust.

I was thinking a pregnant woman in a bar chain smoking goes into labor, the bar back (in ems training) delivers the baby, smacks it on the ass to clear it's lungs and smoke comes out. He inhales and there you have it . 3rd hand smoke.
