I've bought sausage and milk there. Both were wonderful! Call before you go up there, though...I think they only sell to the public during certain times/days of the week. When I went they only sold to the public on certain Saturday mornings.

Good grief! That's ridiculous. Would have been tempting to file a police report for the light fixture. They would have probably chased their tails for a while on that one.

I found her post about that - probably the same thieves...they seem to go for yard tools, power tools, etc. It's a shame this is happening!

It seems to be happening a lot in her area. I hope Mrs G called the police and filed a report. I think that's the only way they're going to get caught. I replied on another post about the house that always has a garage sale near Pine Log Church on Mulberry Rock. Mrs G and everyone else who's missing something should go shopping over there from what I've heard.

You are VERY close to where these other thefts happened in the last few weeks (and things were stolen from storage buildings there, too). Someone told me that everyone in the area should "shop" around at the house very near to the church that always has a garage sale going on (the one with the permanent white wooden sign that says something like general contractor work). Good luck on getting your items back, and if I hear anything else on this I'll post again. Not trying to be nosy, but did you file a police report? The police have been notified about that house so hopefully they'll catch them

Makes me wonder if this is the same people doing this...they are "early birds" around here, too. Glad you got most of your stuff back. Do you know if they were ever arrested for it?

If you or anyone you know live around New Georgia, specifically around Mulberry Rock Road, there have been recent thefts in the area. Items have been stolen from storage buildings and they are taking things related to landscaping/yard work. Please keep an eye out for any suspicious activity/vehicles in your neighborhood and call 911 if you see anything. Hopefully these thieves will eventually be caught and arrested if residents in this area are aware.
