we have uverse and LOVE it.

i have a sister who has been a meth addict for a long time. she keeps relapsing. she is bi polar and has the mind of a 9 yr old. she needs help and when we try to help her the dad says shes fine that theres nothing wrong with her. ive done everything i know to help her. im so scared that we will have to bury her if she keeps on the path shes on.
