    Thank you for the info. I'm just curious as a lot of the people in here rent and it says homeowners only that's not fair to the ones who lives here

    The speed limit in my neighborhood is 25. That's too fast for a small neighborhood. There are people who fly down the rd and the kids can't even ride their bikes because of the idiots. We don't even have children at play signs either.
