18 isn't an adult to me. I would sure have a chat about what you except from him. He either needs to be in school or working, but I wouldn't get rid of the phone unless it's a smartphone, texting, etc.

I also found an app called Lose it. you can put in how much weight you want to lose, and how long you want to take to do it and it tells you how many calories you can eat per day to do it. you can record your weight every day and everything you eat so you can see what a freaking pig you are. you can pick food from the grocery store and from restaurants and it has a barcode scanner on it. AND you can email a report to yourself every week, etc. pretty cool. and it's free! hooray! I just scanned the barcode on my beer!

Stress is doing it for me. My brain starts ticking furiously as soon as the light is out and all is quiet. Once I get to sleep and get woken up it takes a long time to get back asleep. when all is right with the world, I am MUCH better. and drugs knock me right the heck out!
