  1. Yes, and besides... I think I may just buy it anyway. I dont think spending all my day in front of a computer is a good thing lol I dont know yet though. I'm still waiting to hear back from my teacher. (It's an online course)
  2. I know. We opened the windows and I started shaking... Then I go outside and I'm burning up.. gahhh this is ridiculous!
  3. Aww thanks I'm about to get chris to peel off what he can. If it's still bothering me, I'll definitely have to try that. Anything is better than this.. It's driving me nuts!
  4. BEG! Mmm.. anything is better than my goldfish and reisens even though they are amazing... lol
  5. hehe.. I wasnt. We were going to be under a canopy, but of course it didnt get set up until about 2 pm and so we were out there since around 9. and I was in a spagetti strap top I really really wasnt thinking. BUT the next day I went out and got spf 85 spray on sun block WORKS WONDERS and for $12 it had better =D
  6. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the itching from it peeling? OTHER than pulling off the skin XD Am I alone in this treacherous feeling?
  7. Congratz. I heard about the closing and was sad because I havent been in there. It's probably just the location because I've lived here for a lil over a decade and NOTHING has ever done good there except Mr. G's (what it used to be; aka that gas station on the corner) I hope you're not overpaying. Either way, I'll be in to see you sometime, not sure when though Glad you'll still be there when I do
  8. Why is s nursery selling jeans? lol Plants must not be doing so well. Yay flea markets
  9. Is it taking you to the fast reply box at the bottom of the screen? OR it could be just what MrsB says.
  10. Is it a good book? Of course I'm speaking of the grown-up version, not the childrens edition. I have to read it for my ENG 1102 course and I just wanted to hear some opinions. I personally don't like reading, but that's just me. So is it worth the read? Worth purchasing? Christina. oh and ps. If you've got it and you wouldnt mind, is there any way I could borrow it until the end of December? I know that's a long ways off, but we dont actually go over it until then. Right now I am supposed to be reading it and such.
  11. haha I meant to say aren't nice XD It's a park and it has the park signs. Isn't it their responsibility/job to clean it up?
  12. 43 is definitely not too old! You should be proud of yourself instead of scared off like most people. Honestly, there's a lot of people that age or even some older that are in my Math class at Chattahoochee Tech. Some of which are only freshman. You're taking the initiative. Be happy
  13. That was because they are filming a movie. OR at least that is what my dad said. They were using the gas station right there at old villa rica and 61 Glad I only had to go down 278 to Chatt tech and back. Didnt head that direction at all Me too. I figured it was flood since the rain.. but i know it didnt rain that much... stupid signs
  14. We usually do. I took my beach bag (that I had a towel in in case I got wet. Emptied it, and carried out some trash and put it in my friends pickup to throw away once we got home. People are just so stupid nowadays. They complain that things are nice around here or that theres no where to hang out but then they destroy it all. Makes me so frustrated.
  15. OMG It's beautiful!! Oh and it's not really much of a secret, but it can be pretty. The bridge on the silver comet trail. It's Pumpkinvine Creek Trestle. It has a creek running under it and you're really high up. So pretty. You park at Rambo nursery off of 278 and then head toward cedartown/vista lake subdivision. It's not far from rambo at all! I used to love going htere when I had the time.
  16. My soon-to-be brother-in-law was baptized there. I've been there a last winter and it was frozen with the water running underneath it. It was so pretty. It was a mess though. There's always beer bottles. I went a few months ago (this past school year near the end) and they had built some nice park benches, but of course some stupid teenagers went in a wrote all sorts of things all over them, carving things in them and leaving trash everywhere. It's one of the nastiest places I've heard any stories about. haha and I know you said not to XD But did you know Mrs. Jessie is actually quite ric
  17. For where you are located, that's ridiculous. It's on the main road. How does no one see them, stop them? Have you reported it to the cops or anything?
  18. I'd be really upset to have lost that!
  19. I used to ADORE animaniacs until Kid's WB sold out Pinky and the brain and all those other good ones were great on saturday mornings.. but nooo now theres all this card bull.. What ist he world coming to when we have to make believe in monsters to make us HAPPY? And have you heard all the children who are running around yelling the card games out like they're real. It's getting out of hand. I heard 3 different people call africa a country last week. It made my mind yell at them, but I was polite I always am.
  20.  I was so tempted to take one!! OH and neither did the silver car next to hers. All half way out of the spot. I mean I know it's handicapped, but they still have lanes to park inside of too.
