Prayers for this family. Just had a talk with my 14 year old. He gets soooo upset when I tell him not to cook if I'm not home...thinks he is grown. You never know how fragile life is..... Praying for a good outcome and peace for the families.

You will be in my prayers....sounds so familiar. We have fought the battle for 14 years and seems like every time he gets sick that it will be the last time. THEN...God proves us wrong. It is just hard trying to be strong for the man who is your hero and supposed to make your hurt go away. But, they have been there for us thru it all and now it is our turn to care for them. Praying. My dad is also living in afib. He recently received a pacemaker that did not work for him. He will be returning to the hospital for new treatment Monday. What I am trying to say is that even tho it is scary....he can be okay with afib.....praying for you.

Colts, Hang in there. I know it is hard not knowing how to make your little one feel better. Only YOU know what is best for him. With that being said...I would go on the the ER tonight if I were in your shoes. You will get no sleep staying home and worrying. Go on and get it taken care of now. Then you can be home and in bed in a few hours and he will be all better in the morning....This is coming from a woman who had many sleepless nights.

A rash could mean a lot of different things. Is the rash only on the stomach? Check the mouth and see if there is any rash in there or on the tongue. If so, I would say...hand, foot and mouth. I know several kids who have had this lately. EVEN if he is not around other kids he can get it....from the grocery store, wally world...anywhere.

To answer the question (and not argue like others)...the library on Ridge road is the best the county has. NOW....if you want a nice library near by....go to the one in Powder Springs. You can pay $25 dollars for a membership and have full benefits to the Cobb county system for a year. Enjoy.
