I haven't, and admittedly I should. But, email should be a life line for Realtors...and since the process would involve most of the communication to be done via email, I would like the reassurance that they will be attentive to that medium.

We're going to call a friend to see if they know anyone in the area. The only problem with going through a friend is that I hate the idea of not using their referral, even if I don't like them! And, because we're not local there will be a good bit of leg work on the part of the agent. Maybe that's why they don't want to contact us? I mean, they will have to get to know us and be able to evaluate houses FOR us - before calling us to fly down and see something. That's the only thing that I can come up with...If I had the time, I'd do the research and just fly my realtor down there to open t

Werd. Best thing to do is whatever you have to in order to get the hell away from them. Let them do what they want, they're going to anyways, and move on. Don't get ruffled about the situation, just chalk it up to cops being cops, pay your ticket and go about your business.

So, we are buying a house (no need for local realtors to reply! it's not local) and I can't seem to find anyone interested in helping! I have emailed THREE local agents and I no one has even returned my email for information! It seems that Realtors should be chomping at the bit for business. Is it because we're not local? I'm up against the clock to get appointments set up and I really don't have time to deal with it.

I've done the hooch a bunch...I'm a class II-III yaker. I prefer the upper hooch vs lower, water is cleaner. Shootin the hooch is a fun, good time for beginners. If you're interested in paddling I strongly recommend the Etowah ot low water Nanny to earn your legs. If you're only interested in inflatables you can hit just about any river in the area. Raft to duckie once you get better with your paddle.

I currently have a shutterfly share account which houses our photos, blogs, news, and travel calendar. Here's the problems: 1. I can't have my own url (ie. www.mynamehere.com) 2. I can't link to pictures so I have to upload to photobucket 3.
