  1. Agreed, I'm not impressed with new season. Crixus had potential.
  2. He passed away last year. Even though he was sick he kept working until he just couldn't. Andy Whitfield, who played the title role in the hit cable series "Spartacus: Blood and Sand," has died at age 39, according to representatives and family. Whitfield died Sunday in Sydney, Australia, 18 months after he was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, manager Sam Maydew told the Associated Press. Read more: http://www.foxnews.c.../#ixzz1pKRKAOhX
  3. So you don't want to know that the actor who played Sparatcus died right? He really did. Stars tried to go on with the series, but I don't think it was a good.
  4. Keep walking, but get as much rest as you can. At least there is progress!! My first came 2 days after my doctors appointment. Can't remember how much I was dilated (it's been 30 years.) Number 2 came about 3 days later. Number 3 came about 1 week after I started dilating. It won't be long now.
  5. Well howdy neighbor. Yep, we got some too. Now the sun is shining, birds are singing. Still having thunder though. Guess it'll get bad here soon.
  6. Wow there's one in Carrolton? Didn't know that. We went to Marietta, it was pretty quick too. Could have been the time of day. In any case, I would go to one of the offices. Make sure you have any and all forms you can think of. It's better to have too much then to have to go back and get the one thing they needed.
  7. Yeah that's what I would do. I was actually surprised at how quickly we were able to get things done.
  8. Exactly, even in the same family different kids need different methods. My oldest had maybe 3 spankings by the time he was 5. After that just the threat or me telling him how disappointing I was kept him in line. DD, please there wasn't anything that affected that child. She was the one that all I had to do was tell her "wait till Daddy gets home." She is daddy's girl, and disappointing him would have been the worse thing ever. Youngest 1 good spanking, 3 pops on that behind, and he knew we meant business. He is 12 now, bigger then me, but he knows better then to push his luck. Funny how bo
  9. I'm sorry I didn't see this earlier. The Hiram line is near us too.
  10. That's what we were thinking. But, wouldn't that have knocked out the power for more then a second or two. R U stalking me?
  11. Yep Clyde Cole runs between Nebo and Pine Shadows. I called the SO on their non-emergency number. Apparently others heard it too. I sure wish I knew what it was too. It was very strange, and yes I thought about those tunnels.
  12. Psst, you know there's a difference between the two right?

Was one of them really the Valedictorian? I certainly hope that is taken away.
  15. For the boom from last night? Mine was the only one that showed up, and I posted right after the thing.
  16. You caught that too. Like we don't know.
  17. And the whole issue just seems to go over that woman's head. She played the race card.
  18. You'll be fine. Babies come when they are ready, not on a doctor's schedule. Just take walks, yes have fun in the bedroom, but most importantly relax. He'll be here before you know it. Keep walking, gravity helps.
  19. I never hit my kids. I popped that behind once or twice. Seeing as my kids always knew/know that I have always protected them from harm. Well, except for my daredevil there is only so much you can do for the kid that loves to see how high he can climb, jump, or any other crazy stuff you can do on bikes, skateboards, and skates. We never had any problems with respect. For those of you who say "oh my parents never spanked me" you might want to ask. You see most of the time your not gonna spank a 10 year old, but you will spank a 4 year old. Sometimes once is all it takes.
  20. Honey, back 30 years ago, you would be right on time. This whole 40 weeks thing freaks me out. My last child was 12 years ago. I have 3 children 30,26, and 12. Imagine my surprise when they told me that they expected me to go 40 weeks. Well he was born at 38 weeks 9lbs 10oz. The nurse actually told me he was a preemie. Can you guess how much he would've weighed if he had stayed till 40 weeks? I didn't dream about the sex of my kids, I just knew what they were. I don't know how I knew, I just did. Now, I wasn't sure who they would look like even though we did have US. Not near as awesome
  21. Oh heck you and me both. We were also expected to address adults as Mr. _________ or Ms._______ . Yes/no sir/ma'am was also expected. Come to think of it, you were also expected to hold the door for the person behind you, and give up your seat for the elderly, pregnant women, and physically disabled too. I have noticed that since this whole "oh don't discipline your kids" movement that kids are not as respectful as we were. I always told my kids you respect people until they show you they don't deserve it.
