I am pretty sure you can use the cash for anything. If you are qualified for like TANF and other things like that go on you FS card, I think.

Did you miss where I agreed with the other poster? How am I suppose to know if the person injured is ok? I don't live in that subdivision. I would bet money that the dog that attacked the poor lady was a lab/pit mix. But this is nothing out of the norm.

Most people can not tell the difference between a lot of the breeds. Here is the link see if you can figure out which one is a pitbull. They are often mistaken for other "bully" breeds.

But pitbulls are not the only ones who attack. They get the rap for ALL breeds. In EVERY breed you have bad dogs not just in pitbulls. I get so tired of hearing that they ALL will attack and they are not safe around children, blah blah blah. My neices and nephew are just fine around our dogs. They have NEVER bit nor snapped at ANYONE. Just because 1 dog attacks doesn't mean the whole breed is bad.

I agree! I have 3 myself and ours are babies. All they want to do is be in your lap the whole time or laying next to you. The only breed that you ever hear on the news is pitbulls. Like the poster above me said, that ALL breeds will attack you but you NEVER hear about them. 1 of our neighbors has a yorkie that is meaner than any dog I have seen. It has bit my husband and if it were any bigger it would do some major harm! My favorite quote is "Don't punish the BREED, punish the DEED!"
