They took care of the one at Walmart. The deputy was in plain clothes, so I don't know what started that altercation, but he's in custody now. As for the foot, there are a couple of deputies on the way. It's time for me to close up shop, but I don't want to leave. I want to hear how this one turns out!!!

And now (I'm hijacking my own thread) one of the deputies is in a fight with a drunk inside the EP Walmart!

They just called out a suspicious incident. The dispatcher said the homeowner said there appeared to be a "foot" on her doormat! Is that right?

God bless you. It's so hard to lose a best friend. I lost mine 8 years ago. She was 30 and died from a very agressive form of cancer. She left behind a husband, a 14 month old son and a 3 year old little girl. And many, many people like me whose lives were forever (and for the better) changed just because we knew her. It's been a long road. Only now, am I beginning to open up and allow that part of my heart to love again. I've found myself very closed off when it comes to true friendship. If they did, I missed it, too. And usually, when they go 10-3, we hear the emergency traffic rather than the "routine" traffic. I'm hearing med calls, etc. Just nothing from the chase.

I heard this call initially. When they gave the call out, they said it was fully involved and the walls were gone. That was the first call. So sad.

I haven't been able to hear everything, but a car hit a house directly across the street from Northside Ele. Apparently, the man is having seizures. They've called for a helicopter to be on standby.
