Thanks for posting this! Our office is right across the street, and although we are watching pennies, I love to hear about the new lunch specials. -
They took care of the one at Walmart. The deputy was in plain clothes, so I don't know what started that altercation, but he's in custody now. As for the foot, there are a couple of deputies on the way. It's time for me to close up shop, but I don't want to leave. I want to hear how this one turns out!!!

My prayers continue to be with you, Laura, and your family as you journey through the next few months. I didn't know your mom (other than by the stories you've shared,) but I feel as though I do. You are already a shining example of the best of her (and your dad.) Thank you for sharing the journey of your past months with us. It has touched me more than you will ever know.

God bless you. It's so hard to lose a best friend. I lost mine 8 years ago. She was 30 and died from a very agressive form of cancer. She left behind a husband, a 14 month old son and a 3 year old little girl. And many, many people like me whose lives were forever (and for the better) changed just because we knew her. It's been a long road. Only now, am I beginning to open up and allow that part of my heart to love again. I've found myself very closed off when it comes to true friendship. December 12th will be the 8th anniversary of her passing. It doesn't get any easier. My
