I'm not in the work force any longer (Thanks to Reagan Tricke Down Economics), but I do hope all work place environments are much safer for all now. I feel at the same time this case helps to demonstrate a greater degree of needed evidence to protect all innocent people. Pubby since you missed the point of my post I'll try to say it a different way. We are a country that has laws. We have plenty of laws on the books that were put in place by both Republicans and Democrats. We need to operate within those laws. God I hope you & I are never tried and convicted by the news media and social media.

Forget the rotation and child care issues. If you've got a public building and you have a gap between the floor & wall big enough for someone to get trapped... Pubby, with as many cases as we are seeing of charges of older men acting badly years ago, I expect you and I both have a higher probability of being called up on a jury to cast a verdict on a case. I'm sure we both would be good jury members. Hopefully neither one of us will ever serve as a defendant. But again like I say we are seeing many more cases of older men being charged with acting badly years ago.
