Mine seems to go up every year, too.
It's not a matter of me feeling better, it's just that it irks me to no end when services that are provided by our dime at cut rates are better than services that people who have to shell out major money for.

The boy that lives across the street from me and his friend(s) are always hanging out at night at the entrance sign that is in his yard. A while ago they were hacking at the entrance sign in our yard with a machete. Freaking punks.
