    The director of operations at the Board of Education told me that two days ago. Im sorry, I dont know what AYP is.

    The school board told me a few days ago they have pretty much thrown their attendance policy out the window because they arent going to take any chances.

    Thats why Ive kept mine out this week. He's in the pre k program so he's not very conscious about germs so I dont want him wiping his nose on his hand then touching things in the class, getting others sick.

    See, they dont know if its safe or not, just say that the regular flu shot has had a good track record and if they wait for the "safety" testing, it could be months. I dont know what to do but I know I dont want to risk this vaccine having birth defects on my child.

    You can call the school or the BOE and they have to tell you if there was a confirmed case.
