I use to worry about stuff like that. I like a clean restaurant for sure. You would be surprised at a handful of restaurants in town that I have gotten food poisoning from all of them with good health scores. I eat a lot of salads and soups, I eat very few things from the deep fryer. I never go back after I get sick. It tells me that no matter what the inspection found they do not practice safe handling of food in the kitchen and rotate stock as they should. I just don't judge a book by it's cover anymore.

Yes it is and private citizens as well as businesses are getting wise to the human waste that is trying to prey on us. We have always had a great relationship with the management there, as well as many of the customers. I actually got caught one time with a counterfeit $10.00 bill.
