  1. The prayers for him to turn around so I can go be with him without putting him in danger is the best anyone can do for me now.
  2. Yes for a few then I have lunch meeting. I am pretty decisive as rule. I had thought about going as soon as the fundraiser was done. Then I happened to think what if I made him sick because I want to be with him.
  3. I guess some of you know my dad has leukemia. I visited for a week last month. The plan was to help him through a chemo treatment, but after I made the reservations they changed the schedule to allow for a cardiogram. He honestly looked a little rough, he had lost weight and his hair. I got him up and moving and put some weight on him. He has yet to have another treatment, he says he feels great and is anxious to finish and be done by the holidays. The thing is the shot for building red blood cells worked great and that is why he feels great. The issue is his white blood count has fa
  4. The man was a bully, you have a very successful accomplished women, he can apparently see her weakness and points it out and criticizes her publicly. For some reason folks feel like it is ok to criticize this flaw, after all if it hurts bad enough you will fix it. Are bald people fair game? what about scars? birthmarks? Short, tall, it's all fair game to a bully, the one with the most glaring weakness of all. You just have appreciate self appointed teller offer. He felt like he had done the world a great service by attacking her publicly, everyone was nodding their heads saying it's ab
  5. Miss Jessie has many friends in the community, as far as I know she has never told anyone of losing a child. She does have living children. She simply lives in a world she has created, she has enemies and those she calls Baby on sight. While folks call her crazy for the way she reacts to people, I was sitting with her one day on the square, she is very perceptive to people. We had many walk by us and of course we looked up which each passing. Some she ignored, some she smiled at I looked up at the same time she did at a passerby and I knew without looking at her Miss Jessie was going to bl
  6. Listen to this lady stand up to an internet bully. A person used the stations FB page to bully this lady. She used it as an opportunity to show young people how to stand up for themselves. Nobody is perfect and bullies will search out any flaw to victimize others. This lady eloquently pointed that out.

  8. The last I heard she was spending more time on dialysis than off. I will ask CC next time I see him. He use to keep up with her.
  9. You look great by the way. Can you pm me the info, my son loves these things and tries to go to everyone of them by Halloween.
  10. I am also hoping that money raised will go to any help he needs to lead a normal life. I just keep praying that their is something out there that can help him. We have programs like that to help refugees.
  11. PM is fine, they could do a 30 day artist and post the coupon in the coupon forum, I could help their google ratings tremendously.
  12. I ran across an article stating that they had been reported years ago and they were cleared. article The Comers have no prior criminal history, but were the subject of a 2009 Department of Family and Children Services investigation following an abuse allegation when the family lived in Cherokee County. The case was referred to the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office, but it was later closed, and no charges were filed. “In 2009 we found no evidence to indicate a criminal act occurred,” Cherokee sheriff’s Lt. Colonel Ron Hunton said in an emailed statement. “The matter was a DFCS referral and
  13. They do not sell alcohol or tobacco at that store.
  14. I haven't seen the movie, but as kids one of the first thing we were taught is that hogs will eat anything that falls in the pen. The sows with piglets were separated and penned. We were told to never put your hand in there if you wanted to keep it. Is deadwood the story about the pig farmer that was raping and killing the prostitutes then feeding their bodies to the pigs?
  15. Rest of the story Authorities in Coos County, Oregon, are investigating just how a 69-year-old farmer ended up being eaten by his own monster hogs. The remains of Vietnam vet Terry Vance Garner were discovered at his farm outside Bandon "several hours after he went to feed his animals". A family member first spotted the farmer's dentures on the ground, then "noticed pieces of Garner’s body scattered throughout the enclosure". The cause of his death is a mystery. Investigators are certain the hogs ate "most" of their owner, but further tests are required to determine whether he d
  16. I have to say I was impressed with Judge Anderson. I know it seems like a hassle to parents, but she is impressing on these kids the responsibility of driving. A vehicle can be a deadly weapon especially in the hands of teens that feel they are indestructible. We all know there are parents out there that can easily pay the ticket and increased insurance rates. You know the kids being kids thing. I am not saying you are that way because obviously you are concerned with the rates. She is tough enough on them that they don't want to be in front of her a second time. She does not accept
  17. I feel exactly the same way about her, any woman that would put a man before her children's welfare in no better than a snake, a dangerous viper that lays it's eggs and slithers away with no concern for their welfare or survival. As a navy wife I saw so much of it, some women were on their 3rd navy husband with kids from all of them. I saw some kids treated very badly.
  18. I wonder if there is a way to fund something to make sure he gets mental health treatment. I worry that he might end up in jail for shelter. A few years ago my business associates and I lost someone special to depression. We raised funds and gave it to a mental health facility to fund treatment for someone who could not afford it. I don't think there is anything like temporary SSI to get him treatment. His sisters are underage they will qualify for help, I hope whoever fosters them will see to it they get it.
  19. I think I will send a message to the DA just like the community did over the kids that painted the high school. The thought of letting them out from behind bars after locking that kid up is unthinkable. I would think letting them out would further harm the young man, he must be terrified of them coming after him and punishing him for telling. His mother should never be let out of prison under any circumstances.
  20. I am very worried about this child. He is considered an adult. There are not a lot of services available to an adult male. Is he capable of working and supporting himself? I am sure he will need some mental health therapy. Where will he live, how will he pay for it? I guess he could live in the parents house if they were going to be in jail. Does anyone know if they were bailed out? What happens to these kids if they get a slap on the wrist like many charged with child abuse. I am very worried about him, I have not heard anything about his living arrangements or if he can take care of
  21. Thanks lady! I missed the most of it working the children's area, can you believe I worked the children's area
  22. It's not even a threat anymore when you close your business here and move it to another country and put your money in over seas accounts. The bottom line the American worker wants too much. The American people don't want them polluting our air and water. We are totally unreasonable. Are you saying that those reasons have not been stated over and over. Who exactly is getting paid too much and who decides that they are getting paid and compensated way too much. This is simply a discussion an exploration of an issue. There is nothing wrong with asking the question if billionaires an
  23. Did you miss the massive layoffs at the beginning of the recession? You know the one that crushed thousands of small businesses?
  24. If we think we are in better hands with billionaires running the country then why even bother to vote? Has America changed? have we created laws to prevent people from building wealth? I don't think so. They are free to hire, fire, close their businesses. I have never heard them say that Americans are to greedy, because we are not we are highly motivated by the ability to raise our quality of life. I hear ordinary working class people say this about those they don't agree with politically. Our ambition and hard work helps them to build their wealth. The question I am asking is do we h
  25. I see exactly the same thing,I also see the threat of not providing jobs if we don't legislate or vote the way they want. They won't ever feel real pain if they pull out, on the other hand millions of working class can and will suffer physically should they make good on any threats to walk away. I know you are not that naive, You tell me what stops them from walking away once they have more money than they can spend in a lifetime.
