I can't imagine not having a single furbaby. I know that a Christmas has not passed that I don't grieve for my Buddy. He loved Christmas from the tree to the stockings and presents. He knew what Christmas was. His excitement would build and build as we opened presents and he waited his turn. Here he is at about 2 years old.

Here is a funny tradition at my house. My birthday is Dec 9, we have a party either the weekend before or after. We also decorate the tree after party and cake, so it is an all day affair. Since it is my birthday and I get it my way, I make everyone wear santa hats and listen to Christmas music while we decorate the tree. We have a little ceremony, the hanging of the stockings were remember all our pets that have passed. Their collars are placed in their stockings and they are hung each year. Out pets are a very big part of our lives. We have 5 grand doggies and 5 of our own. Christmas

I know what you are feeling, I am going through it with my dad. I intend to take more time to go see him from now on. Just like you we did not have a great relationship growing up. It did not get better until after my mom passed. The first parent to pass makes you realize the amount of security even an elderly or feeble parent makes you feel. Facing the last parent passing makes you feel almost desperate. My dad has also given me a peek into what it is like to survive your mate. My dad has lost all 3, he needs me to lean on now because he is truly alone. Your mom will need you, I hope you

Actually just before I get heartburn I will have the urge to cough, It is hard to describe the sensation the tickle in my esophagus feels just like a cough tickle, yet I am aware of the difference. I guess that was why the post made sense to me.

I checked out snopes, and I apologize for publishing this to the p.com readers. I should have checked into it more thoroughly. It seemed to make sense to most people at first glance also.

Through WellStar’s leadership, the CHT will begin as an invitation-only, collaborative network limited

HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE Let's say it's 6.15pm and you're going home (alone of course), ...after an unusually hard day on the job. You're really tired, upset and frustrated. Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles (8kms) from the hospital nearest your home. Unfortunately you don't know if you'll be able to make it that far. You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself..!! NOW HOW TO SURVIVE

I have the worse luck with these things. It is probably because I don't turn my computer off for days at a time. They typically last me a year to 18 months. My son's bedroom is in the basement so I need one with the strongest signal possible. I intend to purchase it today so he can do his homework in the basement. I don't deal well without a computer, I had serious withdrawal this morning and tore the computer drawers apart until I found an old Motorola that would work.

Hubby washes clothes every day, I do my laundry about every 10 days. He washes and folds, I have enough of everything to wait 10 days to put the jammies and underwear up. I things place some things in the dryer to remove wrinkles and hang up. I then iron what needs to be ironed. Towels and wash cloths washed after 1 use. Under wear also with the exception of bras, I have about 10 well made bras that go under different clothes. Once a month these are put in the sink soaked and hung to dry. If I only wear something a few hours I will rehang it. Clothes that need dry cleaning are usually worn 3-4

I am pretty sure it is a video project for school. She displays a lot of different skill using green screen and editing. The subject matter is not great, she may have lost a few points on that. She did demonstrate a ability to create and edit. -

Absolutely true, plus the folks that own the land and they want to survive off it may just shoot you. Our society has become very complex with corporately produced food. We actually live in a barter based society with individuals earning credit for specific contributions, that is how our population has grown. We have even found a way to generate huge profits off of poverty with out starving or killing the poor. It is actually historically a milestone. If we regress we risk millions with skills that won't hold value to primitive lifestyles. They will have to be disposed of pretty quickl

The reality of that really stinks. What is the sense of surviving just to get radiation poisoning and die slowly. We have very good land and resources I think the only folks we need to fear are radicals, other countries would want to take us over, not ruin the land and infrastructure.

I have always done that, in fact we clean our pantries around this time of year for things getting close to expiration. Then we restock. We keep cans of propane for a cook stove just in case there is no gas. We also stock water. We are fortunate that our pharmacist stocks 6 months of meds for our son. He gave us his home phone number in case the worse happened and has offered to get it to us any way he can during an emergency. I want to take the opportunity to say how great Mike at the Medicine shop is. He has gone out of his way to give us peace of mind and realizes how critical my son
