I ask them about the touch up fee and they tell me that is not refundable and that his yearbook photo will be touched up. Wow, what can they touch up on a yearbook photo? Thanks everyone, they decided not to go apply because they feel their income is over the income guidelines. I'm not sure what they will do, maybe start selling some things.

I would not let it go if it were my child. I don't care how he acts or what he looks like this should have never happened.

I have a friend who has a family member who got into some trouble and was charged with a misdemeanor. They do not have the money for an attorney but their afraid their income is to high for a public defender. Does the public defenders office only look at the income or do they consider what your bills are and what you pay out each month. If you have any suggestions please let me know so I can pass this on to them. They are good people its just that one family member made a stupid mistake. Thanks!

I caught one in the cove up Mud Creek right off thr Coosa River. It was about 2 feet long. My husband killed it because we were told they kill the other fish. One thing for sure, he was a fun catch, jumping out of the water as I reeled him in. I was screaming, "oh s##t its a big one." Only to get dissappointed when I saw what I caught.
