A traffic shift is coming this weekend on State Route 61 in Paulding County. Needed to clear traffic away for ongoing roadwork, the shift will be at Mayfield Road and Nebo Road, the Georgia Department of Transportation announced. According to the DOT, construction crews will shift southbound traffic at the intersection of SR 61 and Mayfield Road, starting Friday night, to the newly constructed lanes of the intersection. He has came so far and overcome so much, when I seen him in the trauma unit I didnt know how long we had with him But God seen fit for him to stay with us and my Dad has not stopped fighting I keep telling him how tough he is he shakes his head NO, but in my eyes hes the toughest man I know and I'm so thankful to have him and I give God all the praise! Paulding County Police were called to the parking lot of Five Below in reference to three toddlers locked inside an unattended vehicle. Three male children, ages two and four (twins), were found over the weekend inside a non-running silver Toyota car with the windows rolled up. Police say it was obvious that the children were distressed and sweating profusely. After attempting to get the vehicle open, Officer Stephen Johnston successfully talked one of the children into opening the door. we received a letter in the mail from Baldwin paving company about a a meeting this morning Aug 20, 8am at the corner of mayfiled/hwy 61 about the new traffic lanes.... unfortunley I did not check my mail yesterday, as the mail does not run by my house until after 4, and it was stroming.. so when i checked it earlier today i seen the notice. so did anyone go? if so could you tell me what was said at the meeting? or does anyone know of a xite I can look up the info. Thanks

Those same miltary planes came over our home in new ga the same night windows rattled, and the house shook... so i do not think it was just around the airport that the planes flew.... and as they flew over, very low.... all i did was say a prayer that were ever they were going they had a safe trip.

Environmental Assessment can not be re done while the law suits contuine correct? and now it will cost more correct? something that normally takes 6 months to do, has taken years, the prices that they were quoted back then, are not the same price now. they are higher.. correct? and things are detearating at the airport, things are gonna have to be redone.. already.

so there are 6 lawsuits which could go all the way to Georgia supreme court, (could take years), paulding has missed feb, and Aug, bond payment, but if the airport was making money paulding would not be behind in payments... correct? so as long as the airport is just sitting there, not making money while these law suits are going on. *for years*, then paulding will contuine to be late on payments that were agreed on. rather the voters agreed on it or not.. the payments have to be made.. correct?

I have to say the rudeness, and snickering, and interupting that is going on while this gentleman is trying to explain issues is really so childess..

we have been to this auction several times..... if you want furinture this is the place to go..... auction starts at 7 over at 9, so I am pretty sure they did not run all 600 items last auction. some of the items they auction is actually in thier store.. sellers can rent booths to set up and sale thier items, kinda of like an inside flea market. if you get there early you can look around at some of the items being auctioned. that some sellers bring in. there is a 13% buyer's premium in addition to the cost of the item; 10% for cash purchases. A 7% Paulding County sales tax.(
