ok.... today is the last day for the defense.. so I have some questiones for all of you. do you think casey will take the stand? I do... because she can cry at the right que, her voice is soft, she can be convincing.. and since cindy said NO to the question about lee going in to her room, and George has denied the accusations she is gonna have to say it her self if they want to stay with the opening statement. which I know they do not have to do that, they have planted the seed and that is all it takes. if she does not take the stand then the defense can not use it in their closing stateme

I was reading about this not to long ago... and I do think that SBS has been diagnosed when in fact it should not have been. there are other medical issues that have the same symptoms. there are kids getting certain vaccines that have a bad reactions can also have the same symptoms as SBS

why does the defense always bring up lee's molestation of casey when he is not in the court room?
