anyone watching trutv? they are showing the difference between the map from the air and were caylee was actually found. she was found in a different area then what the 2 pi's searched. a long way from were they were filming. I wished the jury would take a field trip and see the difference in the area.

and no mention of the molestation charges from Lee.. that the defense used in their opening statements. George ha already denied it the first time he was on the stand. I think Casey told her lawyers not to question Lee about it after friday... that is why they had her tested.

good grief..... lee his testimony this morning was priceless he through cindy under the bus. she has been caught in so many lies.. George....... I was just coming back to tell you what was going on LOL there 2 new witness's.. one is a tech guy who deals with emails from the job. the other is a senior vice president who can say that cindy was at work. if this is what happened.. I hope the state puts her butt in jail. Lee Anthony is there this morning makes me wonder if he will be called back by the defense to ask that important question. he is only there when he has to take the stand

Casey was tested before this trail even started. she is not insane... this test that was done on saturday and sunday is not a insanity test. this was a test to see if she was still capable of being a part of her defense. I think when Lee testified Friday she changed her mind about her lawyers questioning him on the sexual abuse. and now her lawyers are questioning rather she is willing to go through with what ever it takes to free her. I do think her and Lee were close and she sees now how much she has hurt lee. I do not think she is now willing to go alone with whatever it takes

yes they can use their Depositions and tv interviews.. I read Cindy's Depo and she did say in her depo that she was the one searching for chlorophyll and it led her to chloroform I really think the state should have been the one to bring it up instead of the defense. but what is done now is done. I hope the state has good a rebuttal. as far as Lee goes.. I am wondering why Baez was consoling him when stepped off the stand, and nothing about the sexual charges was brought up.
